Food is a big part of the holiday season no matter what or how you celebrate. Many of us eat turkey on special occasions but is there a better fowl for holiday feasting? Brett Laidlaw has some potentially controversial ideas. And speaking of contentious foods – lefse –  there a right way to make it?
