Beth Waldron, a music teacher at Viking Elementary School in Holmen, came up with a fun way to connect with students and faculty while school is closed during the COVID-19 pandemic. She created the Viking Karaoke Challenge, asking students and colleagues to upload themselves singing their favorite song to social media.
“I miss my students so very much,” said Waldron. “It’s just a great tool to keep us elevated and help us with the time we’re down as well.”
