We head to Bayfield, where fishing boats, sailboats, tugs and even kayaks assembled in the city harbor recently for the annual Blessing of the Fleet. For more than fifty years, clergy from the Apostle Islands have gathered in June to bless local boats for safe passage and a prosperous season on Lake Superior.

Danielle Kaeding recorded the audio, Anne Strainchamps put the story together.
